This is just way too cool. I am always making some kind of potatoes. This will be so much easier since I par-boil my potatoes before I fry them. I can’t wait to try this.

Ya know Cat I was thinking the same thing. No way a potato that size would cook in 15 min so now I have to experiment lol

That’s pretty neat, but there’s no way that potato was fully cooked in just 15 minutes, or did she put it back in the water after that?
