As my first giveaway ever on this blog I thought I would celebrate by sending a lucky winner shopping. I will be giving away a $25 Kohls giftcard. This card can be used in the stores and online, just in case you don’t have one nearby!

Why me? Well let’s see. I will be getting laid off at the end of the month and will become a SAHM for the first time in my life. Scary! The last time I shopped for myself was ???? who knows how long ago and I’ve never shopped at Kohl’s. We just got one here and I’ve been dying to go.

Because my anniversary was overlooked and mothers day was a non-starter. I deserve something for myself!
Hi!!!! I would love this gift card because I would love to get some outdoor activities for my kids, especially a sprinkler or “Slip and Slide” they can bring to Grandpa’s house when they visit. My kids also love chalk and bubbles so I would love to stock up on fun things for the kids.

Well, I’m a single mom trying to start my own business and my daughter just found out she’s pregnant. And I went giftless for my birthday in March and Mother’s Day. Beginning in August (after back-to-school) I am going back to work for the first time in 6 years. Needless to say I have almost no clothing suitable for a professional office. Kohls is the all American Family Store and I love shopping there for the kids back to school clothes. With the cost of gas and food going up faster than the kids are growing, I do have back to school on my mind even though summer has barely started because I want to make sure I plan ahead so I have the money to get the kids the clothes they not only needs, but that they want! So, I would love to use this GC from Kohls towards getting those back to school items for the kids. Every little bit helps, and $25 at Kohls can go a long way!

My husband always asks before I go shopping, where I’m going. If I say just shopping it’s no problem. But if I say Kohls he gets this look on his face and asks if I’ve already paid the bills for the month. He knows I have no control when it comes to that store. After 14 years of marriage, my dishes are looking a little haggard. For Christmas 2004, my father gave me a $100 Kohl’s gift card. Well, even though Kohl’s is less than two miles away, I went crazy ordering shoes and boots from http://www.kohls.com. Then, I still had money left on my card and finished up my shopping at the store. Now, it’s 2008 and my Kohl’s card ran out. So, now I NEED A NEW KOHL’S GIFTCARD!!! PRETTY PLEASE!
